ALL EXHIBITORS must submit this form in order to create their Exhibitor Portal Account.

Submitting images of what you plan to exhibit is optional, but will keep us up to date with your latest work and will allow us to use your images in our various promotional materials.

You will be able to edit this in your Exhibitor Portal Account once in our system. We appreciate you keeping your information up to date.

Once your Exhibitor Portal Application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and be able to register for a table at the Book Art Fair and purchase any additional items like extra Symposium Tickets and Gala Dinner Tickets.

Full Table: $1,250
Dimensions: 8′ x 30″ (2.4384m x 76.2cm)

Half Table: $850
Dimensions: 4′ x 30″ (1.2192m x 76.2cm)

You may upload 3-5 photos of the work you plan to show at this year’s Book Art Fair. By uploading images, you agree to allow The CODEX Foundation to use your images for promotional use.

Only upper/lower case letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) are allowed. Username must be between 8-24 characters long.
Password must be at least 8 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a character.
