Want to be an Exhibitor?

New Exhibitors:

New Exhibitors wishing to apply to CODEX for the first time are required to complete this form.

Your application will be reviewed by our committee and then either “approved,” “waitlisted,” or “denied.”

Decisions on new applications will begin to be released by September 1, 2025.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. This means that you can apply at any time between June and August 2025. The committee will review new exhibitor applications submitted beyond August 31, 2025 based on whether space is still available at that time. If there is no longer space available, then accepted new exhibitors may be waitlisted for any cancellations that make space available.

To Apply as a First Time Exhibitor
we require the following:

• Please complete the form
• A link to your website
• A CV or Resume (as an upload through the form)
• 10-15 photos of work you plan to exhibit.
• You may submit a short video (less than 5 minutes) of your work in lieu of up to 3 photos.

Want to apply as a Collective?

We encourage collectives (fine bookbinders, fine press publishers, artist bookmakers, etc.) to apply as a group! Here’s how…

• Please complete the form using your collective’s name as the name of the applicant.
• If you do not have a collective email, please select a member’s email who will be responsible for registration.
  • This person will need to keep track of your application and registration information.
• Please include as much of the relevant information you can including photos, website(s), social media handle(s), etc.
• When submitting photographs, please try to name/label each photo with the collective member’s name.
• When submitting your CV or Resume you can either submit:
  • shortened versions of each member’s CV or Resume, or
  • a CV or Resume of the collective’s accomplishments as a group.
