This book was printed letterpress from Bembo types—cast by Michael Bixler and adjusted by the printer’s hand—on dampened Somerset Book paper by C. Mikal Oness with assistance from the following Sutton Hoo Press Maple House Fellows: R. Blom, Timothy Beck, Zachary Carlson, B.J. Naragon, Michael Sersch, Betsy Wheeler, and ‘Little Doris’ Allison Quam of Zumbro River Press. The signed edition is comprised of 399 numbered copies, 26 lettered copies, and 15 artists’ proofs. The binding, designed at the press, was excecuted by Campbell-Logan Bindery.
