SPIRIT OF THE RIVER is published in a signed edition of 399 numbered and 26 lettered copies. It was designed by Barry Moser and printed letterpress from photopolymer plates by Bradley Hutchinson at Digital Letterpress in Austin, Texas. The three illustrations were printed from original blocks that were designed and engraved by Barry Moser. The presswork was completed in the autumn of 2002. The typeface is Matthew Carter’s Galliard with displays of Forum and Ovidius. The paper is Magnani, manufactured by Cartiere Enrico Magnani in Pescia, Italy. The binding and slipcase are by Jace Graf at Cloverleaf Studio in Austin, Texas.
