The making of TABLOID! was the result of collecting newspaper articles and headlines about changes in communication, and the political changes affecting access and control. Linoleum cuts of the photos and articles, and handset type provide a contrast to the continually updated digital information on our screens. Printing the stories in tabloid format both satirizes and reveals our current news environment.
